SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil & gas and petrochemical plant projects
• Proven experience in supervising security personnel in industrial or high-risk environments
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems
• Familiarity with Rules for the Use of Force (RUF) and industrial site security protocols
• Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site security operations
• Supervise and deploy security personnel effectively
• Conduct regular patrols of project sites and facilities
• Monitor and oversee surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, and other security equipment)
• Safeguard oil & gas assets, infrastructure, and products from theft, unauthorized access, vandalism, and sabotage
• Enforce strict access control procedures for personnel, visitors, and vehicles
• Implement and manage security protocols, including Rules for the Use of Force (RUF)
• Ensure compliance with site-specific safety and security plans
• Coordinate with project management and local authorities when necessary
• Prepare security reports, incident documentation, and risk assessments
• Respond promptly and effectively to security breaches and emergencies
