Asia Business Support Business Cooperative is seeking hardworking and safety-conscious Scaffolders under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) for deployment to Japan. The successful candidate will assist in scaffolding installation and construction site operations while gaining valuable international work experience and technical training.

SCAFFOLDER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 20 to 30 years old.
• Candidates must be high school graduates or equivalent.
• Physically and emotionally fit to perform construction-related tasks.
• Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training free of charge.
• Basic knowledge of scaffolding, construction work, or manual labor is an advantage.
• Strong attention to workplace safety and ability to work at heights.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to adapt to Japanese workplace culture and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly, installation, and dismantling of scaffolding structures at construction sites.
• Transport, organize, and secure scaffolding materials and equipment properly.
• Ensure scaffolding structures are stable, safe, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
• Perform general construction support and manual labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and materials.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete scaffolding tasks efficiently and safely.
• Participate actively in technical and Japanese language training programs.
• Comply with Japanese workplace discipline, operational procedures, and company regulations.

• Latest PSA married certificate (if married)(photocopy & original) 6pcs. Latest 2×2 id pictures (with white background in formal attire)
• If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
• Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
• High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
• Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
• PEOS certificate and e-registration
• One (1) long expanding brown envelope
