Hyundai Engineering & Construction Saudi Arabia in partnership with Omanfil is urgently looking for the following position: 

Safety Officer

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• At least 5 years of international work experience in plant construction projects (Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate accidents or incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs for workers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with project management to enforce safety standards and improve safety performance.
