Safety Officer

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 8 years work experience
• Graduate of any Engineering Course. 8-12 years work of experience as Safety Officer (12+ preferable) preferably in oil and gas refining/petrochemical industries
• Should be well versed in modern occupational Health and safety practices. Certificate as Safety Officer/ OSHA/NEBOSH/ICG accredited courses. Saudi Aramco experience is advantage
• Having First Aid and CPR Certification. Proficiency in Safety Management software and reporting tools. Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation and hazard control methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Computer Literate.
• Must possess a valid light vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Able to communicate technically with clients both orally and written communication.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulation.
• Knowledgeable of hazard identification, risk assessment and control measure.
• Knowledgeable of workplace safety procedures and emergency response protocols
