Al Waha Company Printing Factory is seeking a qualified and experienced Rotogravure Printing Machine Operator to operate and monitor rotogravure printing equipment used in industrial printing production.

ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Previous experience operating rotogravure printing machines is preferred and should align with the employer’s specific requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of standard printing quality procedures and production standards.
• Ability to conduct routine machine inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Basic understanding of printing processes, production materials, and print quality requirements.
• Ability to identify printing defects and report machine irregularities promptly.
• Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods while performing machine operation duties.
• Ability to follow operating instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
• Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor rotogravure printing machines according to production requirements and established operating procedures.
• Conduct regular machine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure that printing equipment and surrounding work areas remain clean and organized.
• Monitor printing operations to maintain consistent print quality and compliance with established production standards.
• Check printed materials for defects, color inconsistencies, registration errors, and other quality issues.
• Follow standard quality control procedures throughout the printing process.
• Assist in machine setup and adjustment according to job specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor printing materials, ink application, and machine performance to help ensure consistent output.
• Identify machine irregularities and report technical problems to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance personnel.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and established manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain production records and report printing or equipment issues when required.
• Coordinate with production personnel to meet daily output targets and minimize material waste.
