Garamut Enterprises Ltd. is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee retail store operations in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily store operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience while achieving business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in sales target achievement, inventory control, and team leadership.
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing retail staff.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by setting, monitoring, and achieving sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Control operating expenses and manage payroll budgets effectively.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise retail staff.
- Prepare employee work schedules, monitor attendance, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Implement inventory control and loss-prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and theft.
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Perform other retail management duties as assigned by the employer.
