Alfa Company is seeking qualified and customer-focused Restaurant Staff (Servers) to join its food service team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing professional table service, taking and serving customer orders, maintaining dining areas, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The role requires good English communication, strong customer service skills, professional appearance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Restaurant Staff (Server)

Qualifications:

• Male/Female applicants are preferred.
• 21–33 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Waitress, Restaurant Server, or in a similar restaurant service position.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate politely and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Good appearance and personal hygiene.
• Neat, presentable, well-groomed, and professional.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle customer orders.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods during service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and provide information about menu items when requested.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards and proper serving procedures.
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and delivered to the correct customers.
• Monitor customer needs throughout their dining experience and provide prompt assistance.
• Respond professionally to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Check food presentation and order accuracy before serving customers.
• Clear used plates, glasses, utensils, and other items from tables promptly.
• Set and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas.
• Assist with preparing the dining area before opening and cleaning it after service.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with customer payments, billing, and other basic service-related tasks when required.
• Communicate customer requests and special requirements to supervisors and kitchen personnel.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and refer complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain professional conduct and a positive attitude during busy service periods.
• Work closely with other servers, kitchen staff, supervisors, and restaurant personnel as part of a team.
• Follow restaurant policies, service standards, safety procedures, and workplace regulations.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and professional grooming at all times.
• Perform other restaurant service duties assigned by management.
