Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Previous experience in fast-food chain operations is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Willing to be assigned in the United Arab Emirates.
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene practices.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the restaurant environment.
• Coordinate with management on business strategies and operational improvements.
