Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Company is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Engineer to oversee and support maintenance operations across entertainment and amusement park facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance strategies, improving equipment reliability, supervising technical teams, and ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently according to company standards.
Regional Maintenance Engineer
Qualifications:
- Male candidates only
- Age requirement: 24–45 years old
- Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in a related engineering or maintenance field.
- College graduate with relevant technical training certificates.
- Extensive experience in the Entertainment / Amusement Park industry.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, equipment reliability, and technical operations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple maintenance activities.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional maintenance activities for entertainment and amusement park facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure maximum reliability and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams and technicians.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues.
- Review maintenance reports, analyze recurring problems, and recommend improvement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and company standards.
- Coordinate with facility managers, technical teams, and operations departments.
- Manage maintenance schedules, inspections, and equipment performance reviews.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve service quality.
