RECEPTIONIST
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management,
- Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must be at least 5’6″ (167 cm) tall and have a slim build, as required for this position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to consistently produce high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide assistance and basic information to visitors and clients.
- Schedule property showings, meetings, appointments, and agent calendars.
- Manage incoming and outgoing office mail, couriers, and packages.
- Receive, organize, and distribute documents, parcels, and other deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area clean, organized, presentable, and well-stocked with property brochures and other materials.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Coordinate with agents, property staff, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle inquiries and direct visitors or requests to the appropriate personnel.
- Work independently and complete assigned tasks consistently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Perform other reception and administrative duties as assigned.
