RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Minimum height: 5’5″ ft.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the real estate team as needed.
• Coordinate appointments and manage schedules.
