QUALITY CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Previous experience in quality control, quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good understanding of basic quality-control and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or inconsistencies.
• Ability to follow quality standards, inspection checklists, specifications, and work instructions.
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately record inspection findings and maintain quality documentation.
• Ability to communicate quality concerns clearly to supervisors and production personnel.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  Reliable, responsible, disciplined, and willing to follow company procedures.
• With pleasing personality.
• Able to work standing for long periods when required.
• Physically capable of performing inspection duties in a production or industrial environment.
• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining workplace quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials, work-in-progress items, and finished products according to established quality standards.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications.
• Verify product appearance, measurements, workmanship, and overall quality before approval.
• Follow inspection procedures, quality standards, checklists, and work instructions.
• Identify defective, damaged, or non-conforming products and separate them from acceptable items.
• Record inspection results, defects, rejected items, and other relevant quality information.
• Report quality issues and production irregularities promptly to supervisors or responsible personnel.
• Coordinate with production workers and supervisors to investigate and resolve quality problems.
• Monitor production processes to ensure that established quality requirements are consistently followed.
• Conduct routine quality checks throughout the production process rather than relying only on final inspection.
• Assist in identifying the possible causes of recurring defects and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Verify that corrected or reworked products meet required quality standards before release.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections, non-conformities, rework, and corrective actions.
• Ensure products are properly handled, stored, labeled, and protected from damage or contamination.
• Assist in maintaining consistent quality and presentation of finished products.
• Report equipment, material, or process conditions that may affect product quality.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety requirements, and quality-control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection and work area.
• Work closely with other departments to support continuous improvement in product quality and production processes.
• Perform other quality-control and inspection duties assigned by management.

• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
