Aureol Global Connections is seeking an experienced PVC Flat Roofer to join roofing and construction projects in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofing systems, including waterproofing solutions, roofing membranes, insulation systems, and associated components while ensuring compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.

PVC FLAT ROOFER

Qualifications:

  • Age requirement: 25–48 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Previous experience as a flat roofer, PVC roofer, roofing installer, or similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, waterproofing systems, and installation methods.
  • Ability to work safely at height using appropriate fall protection equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
  • Good understanding of roofing standards, construction practices, and safety requirements.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems, including:
    • Torch-on felt roofing systems.
    • Built-up felt roofing systems.
    • Single-ply membrane systems where applicable.
    • Waterproofing and roofing insulation systems.
  • Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, priming, repairing, and removing old roofing materials.
  • Apply waterproofing materials, insulation systems, roofing felt, membranes, adhesives, and coatings according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Measure, cut, and install roofing materials accurately based on project specifications.
  • Identify roofing defects, leaks, and damaged areas requiring repair.
  • Conduct roof inspections and provide recommendations for necessary remedial work.
  • Install roof drainage components, flashings, edge trims, and other roofing accessories.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
  • Ensure all roofing works comply with relevant building regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
  • Assist with other site duties when required.
