PROPERTY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to tenant satisfaction.
• Technical knowledge of property management software and building safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Tenant & Experience Management
  • Lead marketing initiatives to attract and retain tenants.
  • Screen and evaluate applicant qualifications.
  • Execute lease agreements and manage the full move-in and move-out process.
  • Ensure an outstanding tenant experience through proactive engagement and resolution of concerns.
• Maintenance & Operations
  • Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Manage specialized contractors, including security and landscaping services.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain optimal condition.
• Financial Oversight
  • Collect rent and ensure timely payments.
  • Set competitive rental rates based on market analysis.
  • Prepare annual budgets and provide detailed financial reports to ownership.
• Legal & Compliance
  • Ensure properties comply with all safety codes and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and legal purposes.
• Team Leadership
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline facilities and administrative staff.
  • Monitor departmental performance and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Oversee property turnover processes including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
