Job Vacancy: Production Worker

Jaddarah Workforce Services Co. is hiring experienced Production Workers to support manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturing standards in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates with experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry are highly preferred.
Production Worker
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related working experience.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Must have experience working in a Semiconductor Manufacturing Company.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
- Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform assembly, inspection, packaging, and handling of products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct basic machine checks and report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Comply with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
