JAP FUTURE s.r.o. is hiring Production Operators for its manufacturing operations in the Czech Republic. The company is looking for physically fit and skilled workers who can perform assembly, machine operation, and production line tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, metalwork assembly, or production line operations.
Production Operator
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Age: 25–40 years old.
- Height: minimum 160–165 cm.
- Must be in very good physical health.
- Physically fit for heavy lifting and manual handling of metal parts.
- Experience in a similar production or manufacturing position is required.
- Strong willingness to work and learn new processes.
- Able to communicate in English and willing to learn basic Czech language.
- Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Operate press machines and use electric or pneumatic screwdrivers.
- Monitor and control rolling and clinching production line operations.
- Perform final assembly of pocket door frames and related components.
- Assemble loft ladders and attic stair systems including frames and hatches.
- Pack finished products carefully for safe shipment and dispatch.
- Assist in powder coating and surface treatment processes.
- Perform quality checks during production and assembly stages.
- Follow production instructions and workstation training procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Support different production departments as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.
