Hofmann Personal is hiring experienced Production Operators for deployment in the Czech Republic. The company is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals with strong experience in automotive manufacturing and assembly line operations.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with solid technical skills, manual dexterity, and experience working in fast-paced production environments.
PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to perform manual assembly tasks with strong dexterity.
- Experience using hand and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.).
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical manuals.
- Experience operating electronic devices and touchscreen systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on assembly lines.
- Strong literacy skills (reading, writing, and basic arithmetic).
- Physically fit with good eyesight and stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Height requirement: 5’5” and above.
- Age requirement: up to 35 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly line production tasks in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Operate hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and other assembly tools.
- Follow written instructions, manuals, and production guidelines accurately.
- Operate electronic devices including touchscreen control systems and production panels.
- Assemble automotive components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain productivity and meet production targets in a shift-based system.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and tools during assembly operations.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
- Report defects, issues, or irregularities to supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a production team on the assembly line.
