PRODUCTION MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Age requirement: 25 to 45 years old.
  • Male applicants only.
  • Must have experience working in an EPF (Expanded Polystyrene Factory) / Styrofoam Factory.
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar senior production role.
  • Strong knowledge of EPS product manufacturing processes.
  • Experience managing production teams and factory operations.
  • Good understanding of quality control, safety standards, and production planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple production priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire production process of EPS products.
  • Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets and schedules.
  • Lead, supervise, and support production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor production performance, machine operations, and output quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve production issues.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Analyze production performance and prepare operational reports.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
