PRODUCTION LINE WORKER (PHARMACEUTICAL)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Previous factory, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or assembly experience is preferred.
• Experience operating automated or semi-automated production equipment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality checks, equipment cleaning, and maintenance.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to accurately record production and batch information.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated equipment used for blending, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging.
• Load and prepare raw materials by accurately weighing ingredients and components for production.
• Perform in-process quality checks and inspect products for defects to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Record production data, batch information, machine readings, and any irregularities accurately.
• Clean, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment and workstations to prevent contamination and maintain efficiency.
• Follow established GMP, SOP, safety, and quality control procedures during production activities.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth and efficient production operations.
