Production Engineer (Aluminum)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aluminum and glazing production.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems (doors, windows, curtain walls).
- Familiarity with fabrication machinery and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
- Good knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities for aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and glazing systems.
- Ensure production schedules are aligned with project deadlines and site requirements.
- Supervise fabrication processes including cutting, machining, assembly, and glazing works.
- Coordinate with the design and technical department for shop drawings and production details.
- Monitor material usage and control waste to optimize cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and monitor health & safety procedures within the factory.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and hardware.
- Prepare production reports and update management on progress.
- Manage and supervise factory labor and subcontractors
