Integrated Services Engineering Consulting Company (ISEC) is seeking a Principal Instrumentation Engineer to lead the instrumentation engineering efforts for large-scale oil & gas and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing, reviewing, and overseeing instrumentation systems to ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements.

Principal Instrumentation Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant instrumentation engineering experience
• Extensive experience in GES+, FEED, PMC, or EPC projects
• Strong background in oil & gas or industrial instrumentation systems
• Knowledge of process control, field instrumentation, and automation systems
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead instrumentation engineering for GES+, FEED, PMC, or EPC projects
• Develop and review instrument specifications, datasheets, and loop diagrams
• Ensure compliance with international instrumentation standards and codes
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, and control system engineers
• Oversee the installation, calibration, and commissioning of instrumentation systems
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure accuracy and quality
• Assist in troubleshooting complex instrumentation issues during project execution
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project progress updates
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety requirements
