Plumber

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as Residential Plumber
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELIS or PIE Academic)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive a four-wheeled vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Review and follow plans to determine piping layout and Installation point
• Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Install hot and cold-water lines. hot water systems, home filtration units. and repair pipe leaks and drainage issues
• Install and connect PVC. copper, and steel piping materials correctly
• Perform material take-oils and estimate plumbing requirements
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on time
