Jana International Trading LLC is hiring Plastic Mold Press Operators for deployment to Oman. The role involves operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines, ensuring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

PLASTIC MOLD PRESS OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• At least a High School Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production specifications.
• Strong understanding of plastic molding processes and machine operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control awareness.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing production requirements.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines according to production requirements.
• Set up molds, machine parameters, and production settings as instructed.
• Inspect molded products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret production drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report major problems to maintenance personnel or supervisors.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor production output and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Remove defective products and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate production records and machine operation logs.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company manufacturing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and work areas at all times.
