International Marketing Jan Kula W Spadku is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified Filipino workers interested in working as a Plasterer in Poland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to achieve smooth, even, and durable finishes. The role requires practical plastering skills, knowledge of construction materials, attention to detail, and the ability to follow project specifications and workplace safety procedures.

PLASTERER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 25–40 years old.
• At least 3 years of relevant plastering experience.
• Must hold valid certificates as proof of plastering skills and qualifications.
• Must possess a valid passport.
• Practical knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Ability to produce smooth, even, and professional-quality finishes.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and construction specifications.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit to perform construction work and handle the demands of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for plastering by cleaning, removing loose materials, and applying appropriate bonding agents where necessary.
• Mix plaster, mortar, and other finishing materials according to specifications.
• Apply plaster to interior and exterior surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Level, smooth, and finish plastered surfaces to achieve the required texture and appearance.
• Repair cracks, holes, and damaged plaster on existing walls and ceilings.
• Install and use plastering accessories, corner beads, and reinforcing mesh when required.
• Measure work areas and estimate the quantities of materials needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain plastering tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow construction site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep the work area clean and organized and minimize material waste.
