PLANNING ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or a related field.
- Valid passport.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
- Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with project scheduling software is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor project activities and compare actual progress against planned schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Identify schedule delays and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Assist in resource planning and coordination to optimize project efficiency.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and planning records.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and safety standards.
