Daeah Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd is seeking an experienced Piping Support Supervisor to oversee pipe support installation and fabrication activities for construction projects in Mozambique. The successful candidate will supervise site operations, ensure compliance with engineering drawings and project specifications, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity throughout project execution.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Piping Support Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Strong knowledge of pipe support installation, fabrication methods, construction practices, and applicable engineering standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, support details, isometric drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all pipe support installation and fabrication activities at the project site.
• Review engineering drawings, pipe support details, isometric drawings, and project specifications prior to execution.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily work activities to ensure project schedules and milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, quality control personnel, and other construction teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and rework.
• Enforce company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and promote safe work practices on site.
• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and work accomplishment records.
• Support project inspections, audits, and turnover activities by ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
