Job Location: Turkey
KSK Company is seeking experienced Pipe Welders to perform high-quality piping fabrication and installation works for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
Pipe Welder
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pipe Welder in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Proven ability in pipe welding, joint preparation, and welding techniques.
- Ability to read and understand welding symbols, piping drawings, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Experience with welding inspection standards is preferred.
- Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pipe welding activities in accordance with approved welding procedures, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Fabricate, install, repair, and maintain piping systems for mechanical, plumbing, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Perform welding works using applicable processes such as SMAW (Stick Welding), GTAW/TIG, and other required welding methods.
- Prepare pipes for welding through cutting, grinding, beveling, fitting, and alignment.
- Read and interpret welding drawings, piping isometric drawings, symbols, and technical specifications.
- Conduct pipe fit-up, tack welding, and final welding while ensuring proper joint quality.
- Inspect completed welds and correct defects to meet project requirements.
- Assist in welding inspections, testing activities, and quality control procedures.
- Maintain welding tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures, including proper use of PPE.
