Job Location: Turkey
KSK Company is seeking experienced Pipe Fitting Foremen to supervise and manage piping installation teams for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
Pipe Fitting Foreman
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pipe Fitting Foreman in infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, pipe fabrication, installation, fit-up, and testing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, and technical documents.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with international construction standards and site safety practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of pipe fitters and helpers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of piping works.
- Interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to organize and assign work activities.
- Oversee pipe fabrication, installation, alignment, fitting, and assembly of mechanical and piping systems.
- Ensure proper installation of pipes, fittings, valves, supports, and related components according to project requirements.
- Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, material usage, and compliance with project schedules.
- Conduct inspections and ensure piping works meet quality standards and approved installation procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, welders, and other construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in pipe testing, pressure testing, commissioning, and preparation for project handover.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safe work practices on site.
- Prepare daily reports regarding work progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
