Eram Manpower Services / Sole Proprietorship LLC is seeking qualified and experienced Pipe Fitters to work in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for pipe fabrication, fitting, installation, alignment, and maintenance activities while following technical drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.

PIPE FITTER

Qualifications:

• Male, not more than 45 years old.
• Relevant work experience as a Pipe Fitter or in the same or a similar position.
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Pipe Fitter.
• Knowledge of pipe fitting, fabrication, installation, alignment, and assembly procedures.
• Ability to read and understand piping drawings, isometric drawings, layouts, and technical instructions.
• Familiarity with pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, supports, and other piping components.
• Ability to use common pipe-fitting tools, measuring instruments, and equipment.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Physically capable of performing hands-on pipe-fitting work in industrial or construction environments.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Measure, mark, cut, and prepare pipes and piping components according to required dimensions.
• Fit and assemble pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, supports, and related piping components.
• Perform pipe alignment and positioning before welding or final assembly.
• Ensure proper pipe dimensions, orientation, levels, and alignment according to approved drawings.
• Prepare pipe ends for welding, threading, grooving, or other required joining methods.
• Install piping systems according to project specifications and approved work procedures.
• Work with different types and sizes of pipes, fittings, valves, and related components.
• Assist welders by accurately positioning and securing pipes and fittings for welding.
• Install pipe supports, hangers, brackets, and other related components as required.
• Perform fit-up inspections and make necessary adjustments before welding or installation.
• Check completed pipe assemblies for proper alignment, dimensions, and workmanship.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and pipe-fitting equipment safely and correctly.
• Coordinate with welders, fabricators, supervisors, engineers, and other construction personnel.
• Identify and report incorrect dimensions, damaged materials, alignment problems, or other installation issues.
• Follow approved drawings, work instructions, method statements, and project specifications.
• Assist with pressure testing, flushing, inspection, and commissioning activities when required.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow company safety policies, PPE requirements, and applicable construction and industrial safety procedures.
• Observe proper handling, storage, and movement of pipes, fittings, and other materials.
• Support maintenance, modification, and repair activities involving existing piping systems.
• Perform other pipe fitting, fabrication, installation, and maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.
