Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Piling Rig Operators to support oil and gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining piling equipment used for foundation and construction works while ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate operations according to project requirements.

PILLING RIG OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience operating piling rigs or similar heavy construction equipment.
• Knowledge of piling operations, equipment safety procedures, and construction site practices.
• Ability to perform equipment checks and identify basic mechanical issues.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction environments.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate piling rigs and related heavy equipment for foundation, drilling, and piling activities.
• Perform piling operations according to project specifications, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
• Conduct daily inspections of piling equipment and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Ensure proper setup, alignment, and safe operation of piling rigs at job sites.
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments during operations.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, and basic operator-level troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, riggers, and other construction personnel during piling activities.
• Follow approved lifting, drilling, and construction safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate equipment operation records and comply with company and client requirements.
• Perform other piling rig operation duties as assigned by the employer.
