PIG FARMER

Qualifications:

  • Should have Certificates of Employment and Training Certificates to support work experience.
  • TESDA NCII Certificate is a MUST!
  • Should be competent in the operation and maintenance of farm machinery such as combine harvesters, straw balers, tractors, and the like.
  • Must have UKVI IELTS with a 4.0 score per category

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains records of production, finance, and breeding.
  • Monitoring the health and well-being of the pigs, identifying and treating illnesses or injuries.
  • Administering vaccinations and medications as required.
  • Managing breeding programs, including artificial insemination and assisting with births.
  • Maintaining and cleaning pig pens, barns, and other facilities.
  • Ensuring proper ventilation, temperature, and lighting in pig housing.
  • Organizing and coordinating the movement and transport of pigs.
