PHARMACIST

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Pharmacist
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, medication safety, and patient care
• Ability to educate patients on proper medication use, dosages, potential side effects, and storage

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure, prepare, and dispense medications according to prescriptions and hospital protocols
• Review and monitor patient medication profiles to identify potential drug interactions, contraindications, or adverse reactions
• Advise physicians and other healthcare professionals on appropriate drug therapy and medication management
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, dosage schedules, side effects, precautions, and proper storage
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals regarding patient medication needs and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and pharmaceutical regulations
• Support inventory management and proper storage of medications within the pharmacy
