Aali Alarkan For Contracting Company is seeking reliable and hardworking Office and Facility Cleaners to maintain offices, common areas, restrooms, and other facilities in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, manage waste disposal, replenish supplies, and report maintenance concerns to supervisors. Applicants with no previous work experience are welcome to apply.
OFFICE AND FACILITY CLEANER
Qualifications:
- No previous work experience required; applicants with no experience are welcome to apply.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, standing, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and responsible.
- Must have a clean background check.
- Good personal hygiene and a professional attitude.
- Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, hallways, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Dust and clean office desks, chairs, fixtures, and common surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, counters, and other restroom facilities.
- Wash and maintain communal kitchen items and surfaces.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Refill restroom supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
- Keep cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies properly stored and organized.
- Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and waste-disposal procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions.
- Report property damage, plumbing leaks, equipment problems, or other repair requirements to management or building supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout assigned facilities.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Perform deep cleaning and additional housekeeping tasks when required.
- Assist with other facility cleaning duties assigned by supervisors.
