Saudi K KEM Engineering Service Company is seeking experienced and highly skilled NDT Technicians for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing inspections, interpreting test results, and ensuring compliance with international and industry quality standards within oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial environments.

NDT Technician

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in relevant technical or industrial field.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an NDT Technician.
• Preferably with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors within GCC/Middle East projects.
• Mandatory ASNT Level II or PCN Level II certification in at least two major NDT methods such as UT, RT, MT, or PT.
  Level III certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT).
• Knowledge of advanced NDT methods such as PAUT, TOFD, and Eddy Current Testing (ET) is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, welding procedures, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with ASME, API, AWS, ASNT, and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in industrial field environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform field and shop inspections using approved NDT methods according to certifications and project requirements.
• Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT).
• Perform advanced NDT methods such as PAUT, TOFD, and Eddy Current Testing (ET) when required.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable inspection results.
• Interpret and evaluate test results according to applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, technical documentation, and quality records accurately and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, AWS, ASNT, and Saudi Aramco quality standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with quality control teams, engineers, and supervisors regarding inspection findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety compliance and follow company operational procedures during inspection activities.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of NDT equipment and materials.
