NDT Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–7 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Strong knowledge in pressure vessel and heat exchanger works
• College or vocational graduate (relevant training is an advantage)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work in industrial and high-pressure environments

Responsibilities:

• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related equipment
• Conduct inspections using approved NDT methods (e.g., visual testing, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, or other applicable techniques)
• Identify defects, discontinuities, and material inconsistencies
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports and documentation
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers regarding inspection results
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper calibration and usage
• Follow strict safety procedures in all inspection activities
