NAIL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven technical skills in manicure, pedicure, gel and acrylic applications, nail extensions, nail repair, and nail art.
• Knowledge of proper nail sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene procedures.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work efficiently with different clients.
• Knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques is an advantage.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized workstation and properly manage nail care supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional manicures and pedicures, including cleaning, trimming, shaping nails, cuticle care, and application of regular polish or gel.
• Apply artificial nail systems such as acrylic, gel, and dip powder, and perform basic nail repairs and maintenance.
• Create customized nail art and designs using freehand painting, stencils, airbrush techniques, and other decorative methods.
• Consult with clients regarding nail health, proper care routines, suitable treatments, and product recommendations.
• Provide hand and foot massages as part of manicure and pedicure services.
• Properly clean, disinfect, and sterilize all tools, equipment, and workstations to maintain high sanitation standards.
• Monitor nail care supplies and assist with inventory management and ordering of required products.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and fully prepared for each client.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
