Al Mulla Exchange is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Money Exchange Tellers to handle cash transactions, currency exchange services, and customer assistance. The successful candidate will ensure accurate cash handling, maintain proper records, and provide efficient financial services while adhering to company procedures and financial regulations.
Money Exchange Teller
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a related field.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Must have a valid passport with at least two (2) years and six (6) months validity.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Process money exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Record transactions by logging cash movements and preparing currency transaction reports.
- Maintain an adequate supply of cash and currency for daily operations.
- Turn in excess cash and mutilated currency to the Head Teller as required.
- Reconcile cash drawers by verifying cash transactions and balancing daily totals.
- Count, sort, and package currency and coins properly.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding exchange rates and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.
