MOBILE ELEVATING WORK PLATFORM OPERATOR (CERTIFIED)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in:
  • Construction
  • Maintenance
  • Facility Management
  • Utilities
  • Infrastructure
  • Oil & Gas Projects
• Must possess knowledge in:
  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Inspection and Testing Activities
  • Equipment Repair and Installation
• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Others) or similar fields.
• Certified MEWP / Boom Lift / Aerial Work Platform Operator is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in industrial environments.
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety standards and proper PPE usage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical operations team.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), boom lifts, and aerial work equipment on project sites.
• Perform equipment inspections before and after operation to ensure safe working conditions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues when necessary.
• Support installation, repair, inspection, and testing activities in construction and industrial projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and work permits.
• Monitor working conditions and identify potential hazards during elevated operations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel regarding operational activities.
• Maintain accurate equipment operation logs and inspection records.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools, machinery, and operational equipment.
