MATERIAL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of materials management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, material specifications, and project plans.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies at project sites.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials according to project schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Conduct regular inspections of materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Implement proper storage methods, including handling hazardous or sensitive materials safely.
• Lead and supervise material handlers and warehouse personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
