Pledge Construction & Trading Agencies is seeking skilled Marble Technicians for deployment to Qatar. The successful candidate will perform marble fabrication, installation, polishing, and finishing works for construction and interior projects.

MARBLE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Must have relevant work experience as a Marble Technician or in marble and stone works.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in marble cutting, polishing, installation, and finishing procedures.
• Experienced in handling marble, granite, and other natural or engineered stone materials.
• Ability to read measurements, layouts, and technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using marble fabrication tools, polishing machines, and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and heavy materials.
• Ability to work independently and within a construction or finishing team environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and proper handling procedures for stone materials.

Responsibilities:

• Perform marble cutting, shaping, polishing, and finishing according to project specifications.
• Install marble, granite, and stone materials for floors, walls, countertops, and decorative surfaces.
• Measure and prepare surfaces prior to marble installation works.
• Operate polishing machines, cutting equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished marble works to ensure quality and proper alignment.
• Repair damaged marble surfaces and perform maintenance or refinishing when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and project teams to meet project timelines.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment at all times.
• Ensure all marble and stone works meet company and client quality standards.

• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
