MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN & STOREKEEPER

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in basic maintenance and repair (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
• Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of building materials and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other general building tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop and storage area.
• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and supplies, ensuring availability and proper stock levels.
• Record stock movements, maintain accurate logs, and generate reports as required.
• Use basic computer tools, particularly Excel, for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Support other departments with maintenance or logistical requirements as needed.
