MACHINE OPERATOR (THERMOFORMING)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Thermoforming Machine Operation.
• Must be at least a High School graduate.
• Diploma or technical qualification is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of the thermoforming process.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to operate, monitor, and adjust thermoforming machinery.
• Ability to use precision measuring and inspection tools.
• Ability to identify production defects and quality non-conformities.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with supervisors and production team members.
• Experience with ILLIG RDM 75 / RDM76 is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Set up thermoforming machines before starting the production cycle, including calibration, cleaning, and startup procedures.
• Operate thermoforming machines according to established operating instructions and production requirements.
• Control and adjust machine settings whenever necessary to maintain consistent production.
• Prepare and feed raw materials into the machine according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance throughout the production process.
• Test machine operation periodically and identify potential equipment or production problems.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve operational issues that may occur during the shift when within the operator’s responsibilities.
• Inspect products using appropriate precision measuring and inspection tools.
• Conduct on-line inspection of finished products to identify quality non-conformities.
• Separate or identify approved and defective products according to established quality procedures.
• Maintain records of approved and defective units or finished products.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, production records, and quality control documentation.
• Report machine problems, production issues, and quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow established quality control and reporting procedures.
• Comply with all applicable workplace health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of thermoforming machines, tools, and the production area.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic machine checks.
• Follow production schedules and instructions provided by supervisors.
• Perform other machine operation and production duties as assigned.
