MACHINE OPERATOR (PHARMACEUTICAL)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience operating pharmaceutical or manufacturing machinery is preferred.
• Certificates or training in Mechanical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical Operations, or related fields are highly beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, batch records, and production documentation is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, safety-conscious, and able to follow strict production procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust pharmaceutical production machines such as tablet presses, capsule fillers, and packaging equipment.
• Monitor machine performance, production processes, speed, and efficiency to maintain consistent product quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and quality checks while ensuring compliance with GMP and established SOPs.
• Conduct routine machine cleaning, servicing, and basic troubleshooting or minor repairs.
• Report major equipment problems, production issues, or process abnormalities to the appropriate supervisor.
• Accurately record production data, batch information, cleaning activities, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
