MACHINE & BOILER OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Age requirement: 25 to 45 years old.
  • Male applicants only.
  • Must have experience working in an EPF (Expanded Polystyrene Factory) / Styrofoam Factory.
  • Proven experience in boiler operation, cooling tower maintenance, or industrial equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of boiler systems, cooling systems, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ability to perform equipment inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Strong attention to safety and operational details.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor boilers, cooling towers, and related machinery.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers and cooling tower systems.
  • Inspect equipment and identify operational issues or potential failures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment problems to minimize production downtime.
  • Ensure boilers and cooling systems function safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintain proper operating conditions.
  • Conduct routine checks and record equipment readings and maintenance activities.
  • Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
  • Report equipment issues and maintenance requirements to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
