Almarai Company (Poultry Farming Division) is seeking an experienced Livestock Foreman / Team Leader to supervise poultry farming and hatchery operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead production teams, ensure proper flock management, maintain biosecurity standards, and support efficient hatchery operations to achieve production targets while maintaining animal welfare and quality standards.

Livestock Foreman / Team Leader (Hatchery Department)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in poultry farming, breeder farm operations, livestock management, or hatchery production.
• Experience in modern hatcheries, poultry farming and production, feed mills, or flour mills is required.
• Experience in port operations is an advantage for Rabigh Port assignments.
• Background in laying, broiler, or breeder operations is preferred, depending on the assigned role.
• Hands-on experience with the SAP System and inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of poultry husbandry, biosecurity protocols, and animal welfare practices.
• Good leadership, organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of livestock and hatchery personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, train, and monitor team members to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance with company procedures.
• Oversee poultry husbandry activities, including feeding, monitoring flock health, egg handling, and general farm operations.
• Ensure proper implementation of biosecurity procedures, sanitation practices, and animal welfare standards.
• Monitor flock performance, production records, mortality rates, and operational reports.
• Identify and report health issues, equipment problems, or operational concerns to management.
• Coordinate with hatchery, veterinary, maintenance, and production teams to support continuous operations.
• Maintain accurate records related to production, inventory, staff activities, and farm performance.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and management of feed, supplies, and operational materials using systems such as SAP when required.
• Promote workplace safety, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
