Lifting Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in lifting supervision or related fields.
• Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging practices, lifting equipment, and safety procedures.
• Experience supervising crane operations, rigging activities, and heavy equipment handling.
• Ability to review lifting plans, assess risks, and ensure safe execution of lifting activities.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate lifting operations, including the movement of heavy equipment, materials, and components.
• Ensure all lifting activities are conducted safely and in accordance with approved lifting plans and procedures.
• Inspect lifting equipment, tools, and accessories to ensure they are safe and suitable for use.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, maintenance teams, and site personnel during lifting activities.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, work permits, and site requirements.
• Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate safety measures before and during lifting operations.
• Maintain lifting operation records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
• Support maintenance and construction activities requiring lifting operations.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and industrial regulations.
