Lifting Supervisor

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in lifting supervision or related fields.
Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging practices, lifting equipment, and safety procedures.
Experience supervising crane operations, rigging activities, and heavy equipment handling.
Ability to review lifting plans, assess risks, and ensure safe execution of lifting activities.
Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate lifting operations, including the movement of heavy equipment, materials, and components.
Ensure all lifting activities are conducted safely and in accordance with approved lifting plans and procedures.
Inspect lifting equipment, tools, and accessories to ensure they are safe and suitable for use.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, maintenance teams, and site personnel during lifting activities.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations, work permits, and site requirements.
Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate safety measures before and during lifting operations.
Maintain lifting operation records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
Support maintenance and construction activities requiring lifting operations.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and industrial regulations.
