We are looking for a qualified and experienced Laboratory Technician (Quality Assurance) to join a steel pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will perform laboratory testing, material analysis, and quality inspections to ensure steel pipes and raw materials meet company standards and customer specifications.
LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (QA)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 45 years old and below
- Must have experience in the steel pipe manufacturing industry
- Experience in laboratory testing and quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of mechanical, chemical, and metallurgical testing of steel materials
- Familiar with laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and quality documentation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests on raw materials and finished steel pipe products in accordance with quality standards
- Conduct mechanical, chemical, and metallurgical testing as required
- Record, analyze, and report laboratory test results accurately
- Ensure proper calibration, operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Assist in investigating quality issues and support corrective actions
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety regulations
- Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet customer specifications
