King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center is seeking qualified and experienced Labor & Delivery Nurses to join its healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide specialized nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods, including assisting in Cesarean section (C-section) procedures while ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BS Nursing) graduate with a valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, or related maternity care settings.
- Experience assisting with Cesarean section procedures is an advantage.
- Knowledge of maternal and newborn care practices, delivery procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing safe and quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions, including vital signs and fetal heart rate patterns.
- Assist physicians and surgical teams during Cesarean section procedures.
- Prepare patients, equipment, and delivery rooms for normal and operative deliveries.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide immediate care and support to newborns following delivery as required.
- Monitor patients for complications and promptly report changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and clinical reports.
- Provide education and emotional support to mothers and families regarding childbirth and postpartum care.
- Follow infection control procedures, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality maternal and newborn care.
