Job Location: Turkey
KSK Company is seeking skilled and motivated Junior Pipe Welders to support piping fabrication and installation works for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
Junior Pipe Welder
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Pipe Welder or similar position in construction or industrial projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is an advantage.
- Experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pipe welding techniques, welding equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand welding symbols, basic drawings, and technical instructions.
- Familiarity with pipe preparation, fit-up, and welding inspection requirements.
- Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and willingness to improve welding skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pipe welding activities under the supervision of senior welders and supervisors.
- Assist in the fabrication, installation, and repair of piping systems according to project specifications and welding procedures.
- Perform basic welding works using appropriate welding methods such as SMAW (Stick Welding), GTAW/TIG, or other applicable processes.
- Prepare pipes and materials through cutting, grinding, fitting, and alignment before welding.
- Read and understand basic welding drawings, isometric drawings, and piping layouts.
- Assist in pipe fit-up, tack welding, and preparation of joints for final welding.
- Inspect completed welds and ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Follow welding safety procedures and maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain welding tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition.
- Coordinate with pipe fitters, welders, supervisors, and other site personnel to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
